Unlock smoother, more youthful skin with BOTOX® injections, the gold standard in non-invasive wrinkle reduction.
What Is BOTOX?
BOTOX, short for botulinum toxin, is a neurotoxin protein derived from the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. In aesthetic medicine, BOTOX is commonly used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by temporarily weakening specific facial muscles. When injected in small, controlled doses into targeted muscles, BOTOX blocks nerve signals that cause muscle contractions, temporarily relaxing the treated muscles. This muscle relaxation leads to smoother skin and a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles, particularly those caused by repetitive facial expressions such as frowning or squinting. BOTOX treatments are minimally invasive and typically performed in the office, offering a quick and effective solution for facial rejuvenation with little to no downtime.
